Both left windows have problems. Whenever the left driver window goes down, it stays down. When I try to pull the window back up (it won't go up on its own), it won't stay up. It starts coming down again. The back left window doesn't move at all.

If the motor or track has something that causes a drag or interference, the motor will reverse as a safety feature. The motor would not know if the drag was a faulty track or a child's arm. You may have to pull the door panel and check the movement of the glass.
Power windows usually use a circuit breaker (in the under dash fuse panel) rather than fuses or relays. If no windows work, check for broken wires in the driver's door opening, going to the master switch on the driver's door. Or pull the master switch out and check for a hot wire there with key on. You can also check the ground there too for the windows. The ground for the windows will start at the master switch and go back inside the car, possibly grounding at the left kick panel.
most likely the window regulators. these make sure the window is pulled and pushed evenly. if this is faulty or damaged then the window will be pulled at an angle. new regulator is probably the easiest option
If it is electric then you may have to replace the window motor, if it is a hand crank window then just take off the door panel and put the belt that goes from the crank to the chases of the window back on track, someone probably kept rolling it after it was already down
If your window goes down...your motor is good...I had the same problem in my Pontiac Bonneville..It ended being a bad switch...I changed it..end of problem....I hope this was helpful.....PEACE....
If it is a power widow-pop the switch from the arm rest and then unplug it from the wiring-may need a screw driver the first time as the hold down clips may be snug. Make sure in ignition is off and then take two large paper clips and pull them open and bend to a U shape. Jumper one from the black wire to the dark brown wire and the other from the medium blue wire to the yellow wire. Turn on the igition and the window will go up. Works everytime on my 2004. I now leave it unplugged so it won't accidently get opened. Go to the wrecker and get another switch, if you can find a car that has one left in it. Gary
You have two separate (and unrelated) electrical issues. (1) windows - probably the fuse is blown - replace. If it keeps blowing fuses, then you have a short somewhere in the wiring to the window operator motors or the switch to raise/lower the windows (any soda/latte been spilled on one of the switches lately?, or perhaps a window left open overnight in a rainstorm?).
(2) interior light staying on - almost always a stuck/corroded/worn door switch - play with all four & you'll find which one has gone marginal (97% of the time its drivers door switch, since the driver's door gets more usage than all the other doors put together).
