SOURCE: MIG wire is always hot without pulling trigger
Check your manual, there are a lot of mig units on the market that are alway "Live" alternatively, the relay has either shorted or you have wirering problem on the switch.

1] Remove the power cable from the power. (socket on the wall) remove the top cover there should be a fuse located on the wiring panel.
2] perform all your house keping- like, all plugs and socket are tight, the correct contact tip with the the right wire size, roller/s are also the correct ones for the wire size and are turning if they are turning but not feeding the wire, then, the rollers need to be tightend , get back to us.

The problem with my MIG 175 Pro is the
"voltage selector switch" (part # M15750-1). I took it apart and
saw all of the contact points where corroded. I can hold the knob between
two settings and the machine will work.
I have the same issue only after about a year of very light use. I am not sure how to prevent this from happening again.

This welder is made in China. I have one and it works fine. Parts and service are available from northern tool. 1-800 # is on the book. FYI this 135 gas no gas looks exactly like the Lincoln SP135 and Lincoln workmate 135. GOTO the lincoln site and bring up the manual. It is a free download and is a much better manual than the one it came with. I agree with the previous post. Put a continuity test on the 2 wires that come from the trigger. there is a wire diagram in the book that came with it. Hope this helps.

I found the solution to my problem. Willyboy695, My machine was working fine, but the wire was HOT all the time. Not a good scenario..and dangerous.
I contacted USAWeld on ebay. Jeff Nolan put me onto the problem, my RELAY, which is a solid state item, had gone bad. I replaced the relay, and the welder is up and running as it has for over 20 yrs. The relay, CRYDOM D2440 was replaced, and the unit on your machine may be a different number, but give this a try.
