Where was it stolen? I'm pretty sure the only way to find it is if it had Lowjack on it.
I dont know what lowjack is and im pretty sure i dont have it installed on the laptop. It was stolen from my house. I have all other information except the serial number which is what the police are asking me for. I also cant find the box that the laptop came in which also had the serial number on it. So is there any other way of getting that serial number?

3. Can you lookup in your bank records for any info related to purchasing the laptop?
