Hi Diana - To record your outgoing message, hold down your ogm button ( outgoing message) for two seconds and it will ask you to record a message. To play back your message, just push the same button and it will play your message. If you don't like it just do it again. If this solves your problem PLEASE rate this as fixed. press the erase button, it should flash delete at you, if you let it do that to long it will go back to the way it was before you hit the erase button. to delete, hit erase on the folder you want then hit erase and hold it untill it deletes the file. continue this proccess untill all files are deleted
