AOpen's website search will get you to the right motherboard with downloads for manual. First box = motherboads, Second box = Ax4spe-n will get you to what you need. There is nothing later then 2003 on any of the downloads
Please compensate my efforts as a show of good faith as most people do not know how much effort has to go into troubleshooting their problems and most would rather forget rather to continue helping the technician develop the necessary information to solve the their problems. This may sound like begging but it's not, it's a matter of fact.

Pretty basic issue. Will not POST, no beeps, no indication what's wrong. I don;t have the manual, so I'm not sure what to check.

Standard checks: that the power source isn't dead, that the power button is connected, that the memory or the processor isn't faulty.
If even after replacing them it doesn't start then the fault is in the motherboard - check the sources, especially the capacitors.

I have already changed the the power supply, but the computer don´t start no beep, only the the red led on the mother board light

The motherboards green LED light sends 5volt to the bios battery to keep it charged. It is normally called, standby LED.
Pull you're bios battery and check its current voltage. Use a volt meater. It should read 3 volt DC. See page 30 in you're manual. If you don't have you're manual you can download it from the link provided;
ftp://ftp.aopen.com/pub/manual/mb/ax4speun/ax4sgul-ol-e.pdf
You'll need Adobe reader installed to view the manual link. You're bios battery may need to be replaced. On the other hand the relay as shown on page 30 may be defective. If this is so, you will not be able recharge the bios battery. There is no fix for this other than replacing the motherboard.

Good luck!
Mike
