It is possible that the dispenser assembly is warped and may need to be replaced. The part number is 4925ER1015B. You can also order the replacement drawer assembly if that's been damaged. The part number is 3721ER1073D.

The dispenser drawer on my AEG Lavamat is stuck half open and appears jammed. Help please

Open the machine up on the top lid. 2 screws at the back of the machine at the top. Slide the lid back and remove it. The drawer can now be accessed. There should be a bunch of clips holding the lid of the drawer . You can carefully open these clips to remove the lid or just remove the entire drawer assembly and replace it or try to figure out what is jamming it.

Lg wm227hw soap dispenser drawer will no open

common issue on slightly older LGs. the fabric dispenser is the issue. it gets slightly ajar and jams the drawer. newer models have more rounded edges so it does not happen on those. the only fix is a hard one. take top off, take front off, then you can get to the drawer to take it apart and clear jam. then clean every part thoroughly. file down the edge of the fabric softner dispenser so it is rounded(or remove it completely if you do not use softer), and finally put it all back together. good luck. (pulling really hard will not work--it will just break drawer)

Washer detergent drawer will not open...drawer lock or detergent cup?

Something has jammed the drawer closed. You will need to access the top of the dispenser.
Remove the 2 screws holding the top lid in back. Slide the top lid rearward and remove.
Pry open the top of the dispenser top and using a small screwdriver, unsnap the lid snaps.
This will release the drawer and you can clean out any debris that caused it to jam up.
Good luck.

Sirs: The Softener Dispenser on my Bosch Axxis washing machine is filled up with water. What to do? It won't dispense softener.

Take out the drawer and clean the compartment and pipe at the end of the drawer with hot soapy water - washing up liquid works well. Clean all around it. Use a pipe cleaner, cotton buds or piece of coiled curtain wire to ensure that the U shaped pipe is clear of obstruction. Pull it back and forward to dislodge any accumulated fabric conditioner. To show this is working OK, put it in the sink and fill up the compartment with water until it is overflowing then stop. The water should drain out of the compartment on its own.

Next, where the drawer fits in the machine clean the water exit above the drawer with a washing up brush. This can appear brown or white depending on your water type. If this is OK then try running the machine. If there is still a problem, remove the drawer again and turn off the power at the mains. Use something like a paper clip to poke all the holes in the water dispenser area above the drawer. There are lots of them so some patience might be required. If you live in a hard water area it could be blocked with limescale in which case an application of a descaling mousse or spray will assist. Once complete, make sure you rinse the drawer area, drawer and put the drawer back in and run the machine on a short cold fill wash cycle. Put some fab con in the drawer to test that the machine drains it correctly. A good idea is to slightly water down fab con concentrate as it will eventually clog up the dispenser. If all is well then there will be no fab con left. If it is still there then you will need to get into the water dispensing area to see what is wrong. Occasionally the mechanism can get jammed, lose a spring or just get broken, in which case it will need replacing.

My detergent/softener pull out drawer is stuck!!! need help please!

This problem has just started popping up for me as well.  I believe that the problem is in the dispenser assembly where the drawer slides into.  You will have to pull hard and possibly may break a part of the plastic drawer to open it.  The dispenser assembly looks like it is bowing in the middle and jamming up against the dispenser drawer.  If it jams up like that, you may need to replace both the drawer and dispenser assembly togther.
