Question about Frigidaire 16.7 cu. ft. / 473 liter Commercial Freezer FFU17K1CW
I have a Frigidaire Commercial upright purchased around 1.5 years ago. We used it for about 6 months and it worked great. We no longer needed it so we unplugged it for the last year. We decided to use it again so we plugged it back in and it is no longer getting cold. It powers on and the fan blows but its not blowing cold air. The outside of the freezer does not get warm but it sounds like the compressor is working as far as I can tell. I could visually find no leaks from the hoses coming from the compressor however the compressor itself is very hot to the touch. I am at a loss as to what could be causing the problem. Can anyone help?
Try to vacum the coils on back, if thats the problem u will feel them get a little warm if this doesnt work try to tap the relay next to your compressor, i had this same problem
