brother mfc 3820cn multifunction printer/scanner etc. only prints black and yellow - magenta and cyan don't work. still works perfectly as a amonochrome (black) machine. have replaced ink cartridges and done countless clean cycles but no change so print head must be clogged or fualty. can this be cleaned manually?
