Hi
The
Intex system has an LED that displays various codes when a problem occurs.
After one hour of the code flashing and the system beeping, the unit will turn
off and not produce any chlorine.
Check
the screen for the code that is being displayed. If the unit has turned off,
press either the down or up arrow button below the screen to see the last code
displayed. Refer
to the owner's manual to identify the code and the meaning. There are three
codes that can display. Code 90 is low or no water flow, code 91 is low salt
and code 92 is high salt.
Code
90 means the filter is not on, the hoses are clogged, the filter is clogged or
the water is flowing in the wrong direction.
Please
get back to us if you have further query else please accept the suggestion.
There are several things you may need to check and do:
- Ensure the pool pump is on and running.
- Ensure the plunger valves on the pool (if any) are opened.
- Ensure the filter cartridge, cell and debris screen are clean from debris and
dirt.
- Ensure the flow sensor (especially the hinge) is clean. See Owner's Manual.
Release all trapped air (if any) in the circulation line hose.
- Check he direction of water inlet and water outlet hose. Reverse the hoses if
incorrectly connected.
- Check if the flow sensor is loose or not connected properly. If not, please
plug the flow sensor firmly into the flow sensor receptacle.
- If code 90 still appears despite above steps, there might be a flow sensor
failure. Please contact Intex Service Center for replacement.

i had the same problem.code 90 even after all the trouble shooting all i did to correct the problem was tape the flapping piece on the flow sensor to the black base of the sensor so that it didnt block the water
you have to tape it dont remove it or the sensor wont work
this will keep the flow going
