That is call a AC hum, and you need to change out the full way recitfier, and the big main filter cap on the power supply module, and that will fix your problem.
Sir i will just give you an idea, when it comes to amplifier that kind of trouble some times caused by a defective capacitor the large one try to check if bulged up to the top or not perfectly flat or sometimes the power transistor is defective. Try to check if there is a transistor. Or try to check the socket of the tube may be loosed or cold solder. Feel free to send feed back.

Hi,
i still have trouble with my Traynor ycv50 Blue - guitar amplifier. I have a loud hum in the clean channel , even when the clean volume is down.
i changed all tubes and tried to find anything like broken capacitors without success. the other problem is that the tubes are getting very! hot after a short while. Maybe these problems are connected?
has someone an idea what i can try ?
