Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I originally posted this in printers (accidentally).
I have just installed an HP Scanjet G3010 Photo Scanner. To prove that it works, I have placed a document on the scanning surface and requested scan via HP Solution Center. The light is on but nothing whatsoever happens.
I have WinXP Home

While installing the software, I registered my purchase with HP. It was quite some time before the confirmation eMail appeared which allowed me to follow a simple chain of links to troubleshoot the problem.
