best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I filled my memory from windows media to 99%, but when I go to play the device, it says initializing, then empty disk.I can play from the device to the PC, but the device itself will not allow access....

I would say that your files are not formated to play on your device. If you have the booklet that came with your device it should tell you what format your files need to be to play on your device.

Memory Full, but won't connect to PC

Try deleting some of the data in your device. then recharge it before connecting to pc to make sure that it is not low battery. Some device didn't work if it does not have any charge. If not reformat your device for it to work

My PC can't seem to recognise my Creative Zen Vision M 30gb anymore. It has been working fine but today nothing doing. The display on the device says it is docking when I plug into PC but PC says it is not...

What you have to reset is the PC, not the Zen.

Try unplugging the PC AC cord for ten-fifteen minutes. This will drain power and get rid of electrostatic charges accumulating on USB connector contacts.

If that does not work, check USB status in device manager, and test the Zen with a different cable. Also test the unit on a different computer.

Have you tried the reset button? I have had some problems with my Opal and so far pressing the reset button on the back and then plugging it back into the P.C. has rebooted the player and it works fine.
