Question about Canon imageRUNNER 2200
I'm trying to make 1-->2 sided copies, as I do every week at this time, and the copier is printing horribly crooked from the bottom drawer, and won't let me print from any other drawer but that one when I do 1-->2 sided copies.
I have discovered from experimenting with it that for some reason, when I make 1-1 copies from the glass plate, it wants to take in letter sized paper through the envelope tray on the side of the copier, and it prints correctly when it does this (although I have no clue why it's taking regular paper through the envelope tray...)
I've been through all of the options I can find...and I can't get it to change what it's doing...also, my option for a sample set has disappeared.
I'm completely stumped, and I have to get these copies made....I've wasted so much paper trying to figure out what's wrong!
Try this spray on a little WD40 on the GLASS and wipe it off.
Yes, you heard me correctly, make sure you wipe it off leaving no residue, but it's still slippery.
the problem may be coming from the glass being too dry and the paper is getting stuckand shifting.
If the paper itself was going crooked it would get jammed or ripped. There is no room for the paper to go through the path crooked so the only way for it to copy crooked is somewhere in the optics.
try doing 1-2 on the glass itself and see if it copies crooked.
The envelope tray is a By-pass tray and can be used for any size paper. You can switch which tray it copies from on the panel tray button.

HP3350MFP - Duplex Printing/Copying
Hello, The HP3350 does not support automatic double sided printing. The HP3390/3392 printers support this option. In order to double side on the HP3350 a manual duplex will need to be conducted, which means running page 1 through the printer, flip the page over and print page 2 for the reverse side. It may be necessary to experiment a few times to achieve the proper printing orientation. You can download a copy of the users guide from the following link.
