Yes I solved my own problem FREE. I took the Damm thing back to the store, and I did not have to chat with anyone.

And sometimes you will not get an answer, why? experts work for free in the spare time they have, if an expert that knows the problem reads it then you may get an answer, if no expert is around then you will get. no answer. If were paid for our services by this website and we worked for them then it would be different.
