HI THERE, I have just purchased a BL-C1 and installed the software. I can access the camera using the recording software, but if I just key in the IP Address on Internet Explorer I just get a page with "Panasonic Network Camera" - but no picture. I assume you do not need the recording software to view on IE, only ActiveX loaded (which I have got). When I key in the IP address I am prompted for user and password which tells me I am getting through, except I don't get a camera picture. Any ideas?

I can access the camera internally, but that doesn't really help me since I got the camera to access externally. I have a SBC 4100 Speedstream DSL Modem and a Linksys BEFSR41 Ver. 4.3 Router. Cannot access it away from home on the private viewnetcam URL that was assigned to me, nor can I access it on an external IP address. I have called Panasonic and Linksys for support numerous times. Panasonic says it works for them. FYI, I have set my router to port forwarding and all concur it was done right.
