I ever forgot my windows password and try to search for help on google. I've tried a couple of free password recovery utilities. The free software can help you, but you have to learn some computer skills and waste a lot time on learning. If you want to save more time, Google third party password recovery tool or Google Window Password Seeker can help you. http://www.passwordseeker.com/howtouse.html

You can reset administrator password with Windows built-in administrator account:
1. Log on with the guest account on windows, then right click computer, and choose Management.
2. Expand Local Users and Groups and Users in the console.
3. Right-click Administrator account and select Properties.
4. On the General tab, clear the Account is Disabled check box.
5. Close the console.
Now the super administrator account is successfully enabled. Next, you can easily reset the forgotten admin password from "Start->Control Panel".
If the above method can not help you, you can use Smartkey Password Recovery Bundle to help you to reset the password, and see the detail direction from http://www.recoverlostpassword.com/products/passwordrecovery.html.

rename it to sethc.exe

user login screen press shift key 5 times.
5. It will open command prompt with
full administrator privileges.

If you forgot your K9 password, you can request a temporary password by clicking the "Forgot your password" link below the password box when attempting to log into the K9 Administration page. go there now
When you click the "Forgot your password" link, a 24-hour password will be automatically sent to the email address they have on file for your license. The temporary password will only work on the computer from which it was requested. It does not replace your current K9 password, but you can use it to set your password to something you will remember.
I hope that helps and best of luck to you!
