Why would my hydro will give me the same message close to 50 times
There are so many issues that could be causing this. It's happened to all of us at one time or another. It could be the sender's service provider or yours, just hiccuping on this one message... It could be a network error, or even a coding error. These types of issues are common and especially occur with rooted phones.
If you have unlimited text messaging, which you probably do because I'm assuming your provider is either Cricket, Boost, Virgin, etc.,you at least won't be getting additional charges. If that is not the case, make sure to let your service provider know, so they can verify and maybe even correct the problem, as well as getting you credited.
To rule out 'your' phone, I would attempt to clear the cache on the messaging app and start there. To do this, follow the instructions for your specific Hydro phone.
Warning: This will most likely remove your email accounts and erase all text messages- so back that stuff up first!
If things gets worse, you can try 1 of 2 things:
1) Master Reset
2) Try a 3rd party text messaging app. .
