Question about PC Desktops
On less-widely distributed programs, you may never find 64 bit version.
I'm not familiar with Vista but previous versions of 32 bit operating systems allowed 16 bit applications to run under an 'emulation' mode of previous operating systems; i.e. Win 98 could emulate Win 95.
Check your Vista 'Help' for 'Emulation' or '32 bit applications.'
I think you'll find what you need.

Yes, all hardware devices need 64-bit drivers to work on a 64-bit version of Windows. Drivers designed for 32-bit versions of Windows won't work on computers running 64-bit versions of Windows.
