Question about Hoover Elite Rewind Bagless Upright VacuumVacuum
I purchased this vacuum cleaner about two months ago. At first it picked up fine and filled the cannister the way it was supposed to. Then it began making a really loud noise and I noticed that it was picking up, but it wasn't going into the cannister. I cleaned all of the removable parts and tried to look into it for clogs and such, but there was nothing.
So I took it to a service store and was told that the motor was blown and there was absolutely nothing he could do to fix it. He said that I need to contact you about a replacement.
