My phone # is 512-650-9926. I can't get to my voice box. Phone askes for a pass code, and I don't have or can't recall mine. Please help! Thanks! Drew Boe Harbour

I would be able to help if you included the carrier that you use for your phone, but I will try.

You should probably just dial 611 from your phone and ask for the voicemail to be reset. That is your best bet. Also, you could log in to your carrier's website and reset your voicemail from there.

    Hey Drew,

    Again, if you would like the best bet, which is to call your phone's provider. Once you contact customer service, they will reset your voicemail password for you. Just dial 611 to speak with support.

    Plus, if you would like, you can login to your account at the carrier's website and you can most likely be able to reset voicemail password after you have gotten into the site.

Trying to pair my bluetooth with my phone and it' asking for a pass code i don't have my manual so I don't know what the code is
when u connect ur phone bluetooth to any other device it need a pass code! you have to give that from ur phone manually and the other device should have to put the same code so now u use the headset option to connect to the bluetooth not the normal bluetooth conectivity !

Your model is a phone only, without an answering machine built in. This means that voicemail is provided by your phone service on your line, and that's where you need to adjust the rings before it picks up. The phone itself has nothing to do with it.

You may have to call your service provider for setup instructions because not all systems are the same, but here's how it usually works. Pick up your phone and call your own number to reach your voicemail. When your message starts, press the * button and the system will ask for your pass code (just like when you call to get your messages). Follow the voice prompts to reach the main menu, then mailbox settings, where you'll be able to change the ring count.

If these steps don't work for you, ask your service provider what you need to do.

EM227 ASKS FOR PASS CODE ..I DONT HAVE WHY?
The pass code should be 0000 but if you get it synced. It will not stay connected. Its not your htc phone. I went to HTC's website to get the bluetooth update, installed it, and im still having the same problems. Its the piece of s#*% em227 bluetooth that is the problem. Your best solution is to go and buy a new bluetooth cause yours, just like mines, wont work. Have A Nice Day

I am not sure what kind of help you are needing... But If you are trying to call your voice mail number it is the same as your phone number.... Most of the time the default pass code is 9999... if this works for you please let me know..

I assume you forgot the passcode to a voicemail box , not the pass code to the voice mail system. The easiest way to fix your problem is to enter voice mail programming(from a telephone) and delete the box and then create the same box again. That way the mailbox when created will come up with the system default pass code
