You didn't write them down, or remember 4 numbers that mean something to you. And now the receiver won't operate with out the correct security code. If you can't remember you need to have a Kenwood Service Tech reset the code. He'll be glad to do it for you.
if you dont have it with the radio or wrote it down anywhere, your going to have to call kenwood tech services and give them your serial number on the radio and then they will walk you through resetting the code for this.
