Why not ask HP>?
we are not HP we dont sell or store software here or parts .
this product is dead, Legacy status, time to upgrade.
or beg for help here.
the offical HP forum is here, why not ask there? for old old legacy devices , long ago put in the trash.... good luck finding help.

The pc clock needs to be set to daylight savings time. To do this right click on the time on you pc go to the time/clock settings and then click on the time zone tab and below the clock is the box that says automatically adjust for daylight savings time make sure that is checked and then re-sync the iPAQ.
