Either connect the phone to a computer using usb adapter and software provided with phone.
If you do not have cable and software, an alternative quicker way is extracting the card, putting it into a card reader for Sony Stick Pro Duo cards. And reading card directly from computer, you will just have to do copy and paste to save files onto your computer.
