Re: Annoying sounds

Can you go Settings -- Personal -- Sounds and Notifications and just uncheck all the ones you want off? It doesn't turn the speaker off.

I have two HP dv6000 laptops and can't unlock the battery from either one. The tab that you slide to unlock won't move.

Hello.

I have a few suggestions:

Press down on the battery and then slide the tab.

Try compressed air in and around the tab.

Be gentle and use a flat screwdriver to move the tab - careful not to break the tab or damage your laptop.

Hope these suggestions help.

Flashing Green light annoying!

There is a program on PPCgeeks.com that you can download. I believe it is calle NueLED.cab. When I had my mogul I disabled that and the bluetooth lights. Works like a charm

Annoying high pitch noise coming from devise

I believe that this has involves the processor, and maybe the refresh rate (or the T E2's equivalent) being faster than the screen would like.

Sorry for the personification there (I want to sound smart.)

Palm Treo

Sounds like a defective phone...

I'd return it again... mark it to see if it's the same phone being returned to you....(perhaps inside the battery area) then try for
a refund if it happens again... if no refund available... check out

www.palzasettlement.com

for a defective phone legal settlement offered by Palm

I hope this helps.

The ipaq is not playing large files. It only makes a small beep sound if the wav file is big. I am using a wav file of less than 800 k and it works.
