Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Need to transfer pics on my phone to my computer

I had this same issue. I could not find a cable to do it so i did it this way. Send a picture text to your email address. Just like a regular text. Instead of putting in a phone number or contact, enter your email address i.e. johnsmith@yahoo.com now attach the picture and retrieve the email from your computer. Its a pain if you have a lot of pics but it does work. Hope this helps.

The easiest way, and free as long as you have a text message plan, is to email the pics from your phone to your email address and download them to your computer from your email. Not sure about menu options on your phone, but you should be able to go to your picture, then to options, then pic msg, then instead of putting in a phone number, enter your email address (In my LG phone, I have my email saved in my contacts-much quicker!), and send. There may be other ways but maybe this will help you!

Replacing a LCD screen for a cellphone-Sanyo 8300

Yes, you can transfer pics to your PC. You will need a USB cable (that must have come with your handset).

Simply right click on 'START' button on your PC, and select 'Explore'.
Next scroll down on the left panel and find the drive that corresponds to your device . (It will usually be found after your DVD/CDROM drives). Now click the (+) next to the entry to expand the folders. Browse to the folder that holds your pics, right click and select (use right click and CTRL button to select more than one photo) and copy.
Next browse to a folder on your PC where you would like to store the pics, right click and paste.
You can delete files/pics from your device in the same way.

However, to accomplish all this, your device will have to be detected by the PC, and in some cases, you may have to install the device software on your PC to accomplish this.

Another alternative, is to transfer all the files on your phone to your memory card. (Please read instruction manuals on how to do this, as procedure varies from phone to phone). Now using a card reader attached to your PC, you can transfer files in the same way as described above.

Replacing the screen can be a bit tricky if you are not experienced in this, and best left to a professional..

Hope that helps. And don't forget a Fixya rating if my solution helped in any way !

Cheers!

Transferring phonebook from phone to sim card

The razr that i had could only store 4 numbers on the sim card, your phone book is stored on your phone's memory not your sim. I'm pretty sure that you cannot transfer your phone book over to your sim card.
