I had problem with the ink and thanks to your website I was able to solve this problem for Canon Pixma MP 150. I now have a problem with paper sticking when going through the printer. Nothing obvious is in the printer to stop it printing. The paper starts going through on print, then sticks about 2" through. Despite taking a look at the printer, there is no (and never has) been any paper sticking, and no obvious reason why the paper would stick and not just print. I have deleted the printer from my computer, and reinstalled, but still a problem, it will not print, as paper sticks about 2" through the printer.

This is definitely a mechanical problem. You might want to at least partially take the printer appart and inspect it very thoroughly if you haven't done so yet. Did you have any paper jams before? Sometimes when you remove a paper jam the sheet rips and you end up with some shreds of paper lodged in the printer mechanism causing more jams. Another possibility might be cracked or bent paper guides, or simply dirty rollers (these you can clean with alcohol).

Reset Waste Ink 1) Enter SERVICE MODE. By pressing Menu, Copy, Scan,Copy,Copy 2) Select TEST MODE. 3) Select [8] PRINTER TEST in TEST MODE. 4) Select 3. [EEPROM CLEAR]. 5) Select 0. [INK COUNT]. 6) Press the [Set] key. 7) Press the [Stop/Reset] key (returning to the state of 3)), and then press the [ON/OFF] key.
