Question about HP LaserJet 8150n Printer
When printing, gear noise is very loud.. tried lubind and removing main gear assy, no luck, any Ideas??
Chances are there is a defective drive gear inside you need a tech to resolve this prob.
see if the gear tooth are smaller than before, if there is any sign of powderized palstic all around then gears need to be changed no amount of lubrication can corrrect this.
also check the orientation of gears, for any sign of mechanical binding this can also cause grinding and unusual sound
