Cannot copy [song-name]: The drive cannot find the sector requested.
When I want to copy a certain song from my PC to the MP3, it says "Cannot copy [song-name]: The drive cannot find the sector requested." but when I try to copy another song from the same folder in the same PC, it could be copied. Is it a problem with the mp3, the usb port or the song itself?
I have the same problem with my phone, i think it mayt have something to do with teh sd card as some music will go on until a point, i have tryed on other computers and teh same happens

The Coby is weird, but I found a way to create playlists. It might not be the "real" way, but it works :) Before I plug the mp3 in my computer I create folders containing the songs I want for each play list. For example I'd create one folder labeled "work out" for songs I want to listen to while working out, and another folder labeled "sleep" for songs to listen to while sleeping, or you could label them based on artists or genre or etc. Then I would copy the songs I want in each playlist into their respective folders. Next, I plug my coby into my computer, and open it's folder. (should be in computers, and have a icon with a C on it). I'd copy (or click and drag into the coby folder) my play list folders (the ones I labeled work out and sleep). Then eject and remove my mp3. If you do this, when you turn on your mp3 you should select Music. Then select Broswer (on the bottom). Select the first row, which has the symbol "\" [underneath this is all your songs] and you'll see the names of your play list folders (they'll be below ROOT, MAC OS X Coby Me, and PHOTOS) . If you select your play list name you'll see and be able to play the songs under that playlist.
mputer using your usb cable
on your computer look for "my computer"
you willl see the drive c , drive d , drive e and drive F which will appear there the name of the mp3 or just the"memory" of your mp3 like for ex. 4 GB or 8 GB click on that and you will see the files or songs u have downloaded or copied in to it.
Download sa3025_97_mcs_eng application from philips web site and you can use this to convert videos/images to required format. Then this files can be easily copied to player through a PC. copying songs is just easy as we do it in pen drive. But copy songs in folder name "MUSIC" only.
just connect ur mp3 player to your systems usb port. after some time open my computer, u will see a extra drive there justy like c drive. click that and enter into the drive create a folder named "Audio" and copy ur songs into this folder. and u can hear ur songs in your mp3 player----------------
I HAVE TRANSCEND 610 (512MB). WHEN I CONNECT IT TO MY PC , ON THE TASK BAR ICON SHOW.BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CAN NOT ACCESS IT. WHEN I TRY TO ACCESS IT THE PC IS GOING TO HANG.
KINDLY HELP ME WHAT TO DO.
I assume this is in a PC?
Simply right click each title whilst in the PC and click on 'Rename'
Or click file/save as/and give the file a name
This incidently will leave an un-named copy on the computer
well, probably the problem is with not enough FREE SPACE. While it shows you a certain ammount of free space, actually its less, after you delete some files, you free space up, then you're able to copy.. had the same problem, I think that's the reason..
