WM 2003 SE update error ???

I'm having troubles with the update to WM2003SE. I’m following all the steps of the guide but when I click Start on the Flash Update Tool, and then confirm with yes, nothing happens. Please, I need help ideas to solve my problem. I am sure have the correct version and did nothing wrong any ideas please ? I have downloaded and installed the active synch 3,8 as well. The think ? wonder most is ; when ? pressed the buttons 2 and 3 plus the reset the message "wait to download image" comes instead of the "image download via ppfs" as described in the update guide. Also it turns into "USB download image" instead of "begin download over usb" as in guide, when i inserted to PPC into the craddle.???

I had the same problem with mine e800. But after many of attempts I was able to make an update. Problem was connection between notebook and PDA. Check connection settings and try it again. It must work.

I downgraded my HP pavilion DV6000 series laptop model no DV6345 and the sound is not working.I tried in HP support website and not able to find a suitable driver for windows 2003. Please let me know where...

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Use Device Manager to verify that your sound device has a driver installed. To do so, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
    2. Click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
    3. Expand Sound, video and game controllers, and then verify that your sound device is listed.
  2. If no sound device driver is installed, use Microsoft Windows Update to see if a driver is available.

Note Windows Server 2003 may disable the Microsoft Dynamic Update Service. To manually see if Microsoft Windows updates are available, visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
  3. After you verify that you have the correct sound driver installed, you may have to enable the Windows Audio service. To do so, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc in the Open box, and then click OK.
    2. In the Services Management Console, double-click Windows Audio service.
    3. In the Startup type list, select Automatic, click Start, and then click OK.
Note By default, this step applies to all versions except Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition.
