Screen Lock up

My e800 suffers from intermittent screen lock up, this continues after resetting and charging although occasionally either of these actions will resolve the problem short term. Is this a common issue and is there a know fix ?

If I understand you right there is problem with Touch screen because, I suppose, a mylar is not attached correctly to the Top Case Assy. This causes a permanent pressure on the screen. I am not sure but there should be changed the top case mylar. In my opinion you should contact Service Partner in your country and ask them what the best way to solve this problem is.

2. Android Screen Security File may have been deleted, and screen lock option is no longer on your devise.(A Factory Reset will restore original Android files)
3. Malfunction Somewhere in Samsung Phone. (A Factory Reset might work, but not guaranteed)

If activating screen lock through settings did not work, or if option is not available, you can try to reset phone to the way it was when you bought it.

There is a couple things you should know.
1. contacts, photos, videos, downloaded apps, games, and everything not on the phone when it was first bought, or when you first got the phone will be erased.
2. You can back up contacts, photos, videos, in settings menu, scroll down to Backup and Reset. Or save to an sd card, and remove sd card before applying reset option
3. If you have an account (google or android email) associated with your phone, you will need email address, ( and password to get back in phone after phone resets and turns on.) Dont remember password, Please create a new password now before continuing to reset to manufacture settings.

1. Remove SD Card, or its saved files will be erased.
2. Open apps, Open Settings Menu, Scroll Down to Backup and Reset.
3. Scroll down to bottom of page to Factory Data Reset.
4. Follow instructions to reset phone.

When your phone comes back on, Swipe Screen Unlock should be active at phone turn on, if screen lock is not showing try again to turn on in security settings.
If still does not work,
I am sorry, Your phone has permanantly malfunctioned. You can try your phone store, or a phone repair shop.

How do i fix my iphone without itune and it is disabled

Your iPhone may occasionally lock up and become disabled, and Can not open it, it's possible to correct this problem with the two buttons built into the Mobile.

  • Press and hold down the circle button, located below the touchscreen, and the small button at the top of the screen. Continue to hold these buttons down as the iDevice turns off.
  • Wait a few moments, then press the circular button. After a few moments an Apple icon loads onto the screen. This performs a boot cycle that takes several moments.
  • Slide your finger across the "Unlock" option when the Mobile has finished booting. The main screen appears, allowing you to again use your iPhone Disabled .

I lock my cell phone and forgot the code how do i reset it the phone is a i 465

Unlock Code is a manual hard-lock on handsets which requires the correct pass code to allow access to the phone's functions.
Occasionally, people purchase used handsets. Previous owners may have locked the handset and are unreachable to get the new pass code

To unlock the phone using the factory default pass code, perform the following:

1. Confirm the phone shows, Enter Unlock Code.
2. Press the MENU button. The screen will show, Enter Security. Try both.
3. Enter last 4 of PTN, unless you have changed the lock code, and press OK. OR
Enter six zero's (000000) and press OK.
*If successful, the screen will display, Phone Unlocked.
*If unsuccessful, the screen will display "Security code is incorrect please try again."

If the you don't know the code, You will need to contact Motorola to have it re-flashed, which may incur a service charge from Motorola.
4. You now has access to use the phone’s functions.
5. Do not change the Unlock Code.

Ipod shows sad face

Aye, my friend had this exact problem before i came along :-)

First: Reset your iPod by quickly moving the lock to lock position then back to unlock position, then hold the menu and center button down till the apple logo comes up. Then you can release the menu and center buttons.

Second: Plug your iPod into a power supply, such as the apple AC adapter. Wait till it shows that its charging. Once it shows that, unplug it, reset your iPod once more, then plug back in.

Third: Keep your iPod plugged in after the second reset for about 15-20 minutes. Come back, unplug it, and use it and see if it continues. If still continuing, plug it back in till its fully charged, or the equivalent.

After that, If that doesnt fix it, try contacting Apple Support here:

Hope I helped!
