Question about Toshiba e830 Pocket PC
I am using my e830 now for about 7 days. today i used it with wlan for updating avantgo. the battery had about 59%. during up?date the e830 turned off and i wasnt able to switch it on again. so i plugged in the power supply and started it again, i switched to the battery screen and it showd me 60%, so i unplugged the power cable. after 2 mins the pocket pc turned off again. so i really dont know where the problem is, because 2 days ago i used the e830 at a local hotspot with wifi with about 25% batter. i could turn the device off and on. so is this just a software bug? if yes, its really bad, because i have to trust this battery meter, or is the battery broken?

As far as I know the warranty is valid from purchase date and the best thing that you can do is to contact service partner in your country. The unit will be checked and I am pretty sure that the battery will be changed.
