Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer. If you can prove you purchased it, they should help reset the password. If not, you may be out of luck!

Try again, slowly and try harder to remember your (?) password especially if it is a boot password, or a hard drive password.

How do i get rid of a worm i have on my acer notebook 5610 the worm is called Lsas.blaster.keylogger, I am going to restore to factory settings but just wondered if there was a soloution before I did...

Try to scan it using this free but effective virus scanner online.

I believe my password to be gordon09 but often this is not recognised .Please confirm this password is ok.

you might be hitting the capslock... or why dont you change your password instead?
