hi,
I got a toshiba HD-EP 10 dvd player as a present but as soon as I put it on the welcome sign comes on and can not do anything further try to reset by holding the power switch for a few second still the same . the toshiba customer service give me ref no to replace the unit but the dealer wants a receipt which I havent got . thanks for any suggestion.
