L.G CL CODE/ERROR <br /><br />Good Day,<br /><br />Today I will explain to you how to remove the annoying CL code/error on all L.G Dishwashers & Washing Machines.<br /><br />Firstly let me explain let me state that this code is not in fact, an error code. It is actually there to tell you or warn you, that Child Lock has been activated. This feature was added because small children usually fiddle with controls on washing machines & dish washing machines. It is an easy way to lock in an operation and then be assured that it cannot be changed afterwards.<br /><br />The process usually involves you entering a method of washing (like pre-wash, extra dry, quick wash, economy wash etc), then activating child lock - and then have peace of mind that no wandering fingers will tamper with your settings...<br /><br />How to deactivate/activate Child Lock:<br /><br />Here are some examples of various L.G washer Front Panels:<br /><br /><img src="jedemeyer1_23.JPG" /><br /><img src="jedemeyer1_24.JPG" /><br /><img src="jedemeyer1_25.JPG" /><br /><img src="jedemeyer1_26.JPG" /><br /><img src="jedemeyer1_27.JPG" /><br /><img src="jedemeyer1_28.JPG" /><br /><img src="jedemeyer1_29.JPG" /><br /><br /><br />All you need to do is press these two buttons connected via a small child face icon. On certain dishwashers you would need to do this while the door is open.<br /><br /><img src="jedemeyer1_30.jpg" /><br /><br />That's it! All you need to do.<br /><br />I hope this Tip has helped you.<br /><br />Kind Regards<br />JEDEMEYER1<br /><br />* If this Tip helped you in any way, please rate it<br /><br />

Have just tried to install a secondhand dishwasher which goes for about 5 mins and then shows UE. Could you please tell me how to fix this? Thank you Nancy

UE- means an unbalanced load in a washing machine.
le- means make sure water supply inlet hose is on. check inlet hose for any kinks or bends in the line

that could prevent the machine from filling properly, check and make sure the water supply is on

completely and not partially. check inlet filter for buildup of mineral deposits. clean filter with small

brush. make sure that machine can drain properly. good luck!

I have a filter on the inlet water supply problem. How can I change it myself? Can I dismantle the plastic case and expose the filter? Then what do I do? Thanks, Ash.

There is a filter in the hose sometimes at the tap end so that would be worth checking as well
The one on the machine can sometime be pulled out and washed out. (it has a raised tab the full pulling)
If that you can pull it out, let it dry and then use a small brush to remove any debris inside it.

Asko 1502 won't start

if there is no power the motor brushes are worn out. The Asko machines feed a neutral to power up the machine through the motor brushes . take out the motor and check the brushes Good luck

Our miele dishwasher makes a very high pitched hissing sound as it goes through its cycles. how do we fix this?

Hi dear.I thing that states, you're machine's main wash pump (leaking & caused motor's) bearings worn out or the impeller brush up it's housing. That can also cause hissing sound.Pump needs to be change.Call service centre.I hope that helps.Thanks.

Water fill problem on Hotpoint Dish Washer Deluxe Model DF 31

Pl check the small filter fitted near the water inlet hose. Probably you may have to pull this filter as this is housed in the threaded pipe attached to the body.

Remove the hose from the machine and try flushing. see whether you get sufficinet pressure from over-head tank!

Clean the filter with tooth brush or reverse clean. Do no for get to fit rubber washer.

The water goes into the machine then drains out without washing. Sound like water is not force fed into machine

then test pressure at end of hose
if is ok until here then go to ..
clean the Small filter like basket by small brush i think you see a lot of sand ..
