Question about Xerox CopyCentre C118 Copier
I'M HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A XEROX C118.
WE SAW A MESSAGE SAYING TO CHANGE THE TONER FOR A NEW ONE. AS WE HAD ONE, WE CHANGED IT, BUT IT REMAINS THE SAME MESSAGE SAYING TO CHANGE THE TONER.
I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE'S A TRICK TO SOLVE THIS SITUATION AND HOW CAN I DO IT.

Your machine is still working with msg? How many copies already made after displaying this?
Toner sensor may faulty cross check with same module.
