Couple days ago my car began running realy rough and service engine light began flashing. It was alredy on due to needing a o2 sensor (after cat converter) so i took it to part store and computer read misfire cylinder 2. I took coil pack from #2 and moved it to #1 to see if problem followed and sure enough it did. I replaced all 4 of the coils as well as the o2 sensor. Now when driving the car has no power when acelerating and when it kicks down to pass other car it makes a shhhhhhhhh sound and has noooo power. As you drive the peoblem gets worse and worse. Someone said that it sounds like the Catalytic converter is stopped up. I dont know what to do.

Yup! It sounds to me like you have been told correctly! This is the very reason that I preach to people that it is NEVER OK to continue operating a vehicle with the Check Engine light on. The Check Engine light has one mission in life. Its purpose is to let you know that there is a problem in your engine control system that can damage your catalytic converters. Ignoring this light and continuing to operate the vehicle anyway causes the problem that you are now experiencing.

What to do??? Get up off of the BIG BUCKS and replace the high-dollar catalytic converter that has been destroyed. Then diagnose and repair ALL fdault codes in your engine control system so you don't destroy another one.

What are codes P0133 & P1134, for a 2005 Buick Lacrosse 3.8L V6 with 94,000 miles.

i have replaced an O2 sensor and had similar failure after 1500 miles.
I removed it, chkd it, reinstalled it and it ran fine.
P0133 is related to slow response of O2 sensor. P1134 is mfg specific so google that for ur car.

Goto autozone/advance/pep boys and have them do a free OBD check with a scan tool. Most likely the O2 (oxygen) sensor(s).

2003 windstar running rough and leaking water

How much the leaking of water is? It is usually common to find some drops of water beneath the engine due to the working of AC components. If it is the coolant, your car might have a leak somewhere in the radiator, hoses or water pump. However, this will again cause the engine temp gauge to rise. The rough running engine could be due to number of reasons like, clogged fuel or air filter, injectors, MAF sensor, O2 sensor etc. It is better to first try inspecting the spark plugs for their proper functioning; this will bring down the problem a bit. Also, if there is a CEL blinking it is better to get the codes read.

The after market cat is the likely problem. Catalytic converters are not all the same and over time our shop has learned which aftermarket ones will work and which ones will not.

The computer is looking at the downstream O2 sensor (the one after the cat) to determine cat efficiency. If the downstream O2 sensor is switching simular to the upstream O2 sensor (the one before the cat) than the computer interprets this as a bad cat. The rear O2 sensor should hold a steady voltage at idle once the car is warmed up.

Check Engine Light - O2 Sensor - bank 1 running lean

you should have three oxygen sensors on your car, one for each bank of three cylinders; should be towards the Y pipe on each exhaust manifold. Additionally you should have one on the exhaust pipe before the cadilitic converter.
