My nokia 7610 has a problem, when i wana start it, the display only show NOKIA , and do,nt go further, what should i do ?? normaly the problem is resolved by hard reset but due to format all my valueable data including msgs and contacts will be lost, but i do,nt want to switch on my cellphone with hard reset so that i m save my data on pc, i neeed my data can somebody help me plz???

To retify this issue you must apply soft reset, which implice flashing of your mobile. As to not loosing of your data is a chioce that you may leave the mobile that way of fix the problem and begin to you your mobile fresh as new.

Put out the battery in your mobile in 15 Min, after that checked its working or not. and checked you battery is fully charged. if the problem is not solve then go to nearest nokia service centre to repair.

Its gone...Only hard reset can help.Always keep backup of contacts on sim or computer.Use active sync.

Step 1 : Power the phone off
Step 2 : Press down talk/green + 3 + *
Step 3 : Power the phone on
or:
this is nokia 7610 master reset code.
