Hello Friend Welcome to Fixya first open nokia 2690 applications.go to settings.go to restore factory settings.click on restore key.you will get two options.one is restore settings only.and second is restore all.choose restore settings only then click on continue.now you should put security code.the default code is 12345.after put it click on ok.your mobile will restore everything after few seconds.then restart nokia 2690 that's it.
