Question about Televison & Video
Is this an LCD. If so, this usually relates to some circuit failure in the TV. If you are a tech, I would start by checking the Power Supply voltages. The Service Manuals usually have some information about what this flashing means. If you are not a tech, it will probably need service but you can try unplugging for 15 minutes then rechecking. If same problem occurs, you will probably need service. Call the Customer Service people and see if they have some answer as well.
