Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
There are so many things that you need to check if you will just post your problem as cannot print. But i could suggest to you the first T/S that you need to do is to download the "PRINT DIAGNOSTIC UTILITY". On this utility, it will display all issues about printing. If you can see a red x on an issue, just click on fix. If all of the issue is checked, you can delete the printer icon and add a device. On that part, you would already determine if there is a problem with the driver. If adding of device is successful, you could try printing again.
