PT-53WXD63G I have a Panasonic tv listed above. The picture went out when I was watching it and the power light is blinking.

    The light is blinking three times then pausing for 15-20 seconds, then blinking again.  The model number is PT-52WXD63G,  Thanks

How many times is the led blinking? and can you verify your model number

    3 blinks is the error for defective convergence ICs you will need to replace both convergence ICs they are STK392-110 you can get replacement ICs with free installation instructions at the following link.

Panasonic PT-61LCX66-K Power shuts off while watching , blinks green in the power indicator lights 35 times then comes back on to same channel... It's getting worse as time goes by.. We had the bulb...
Bulb is reaching to end of its life span and need to be replace again to fix the issue. Once bulb/ lamp become weaker, tv shows above symptom.

that is an indication that you need to replace the convergence IC's if you are handy and can do light soldering please contact me at techman32katyahoodotcom for a DIY solution and save yourself at least 400 bucks or so
