Graphic driver and chipset driver are not installed

Please be informed that any Driver software depends upon the PC make, Motherboard type and Operating System. You need to know all the three information's to do get going.

Please find the Driver software's of your Chipset, Audio and video inside the installation disk provided with the PC at the time of purchase. As you have not mentioned your PC make I am unable to give you the direct download link. However you can download the same by visiting the website of the company that manufactured the PC.

Even here you need to be careful to download the correct software for your PC. You need to be exact with the PC make and Model number and the OS that you are using.

To install just Double clock on the driver setup.exe file and go on clicking 'Next' until you get the 'Finish' option and restart the PC.

If you feel that my answers have helped you getting solution to your problems then please give a vote.
Thanks

Driver for graphiccard MSI G4MX440 download free problem

Yes you can download it for free. Click here to go to the website. Note your graphics card exact model and click on the appropriate link. The exact model is printed on the graphics card box.

Download both the utility and driver. Install the driver first and then restart PC. After that install the utility for extra functionality.

Note that the drivers are for Windows XP. For newer systems you may not need any drivers as Vista and Win 7 automatically installs most drivers.

Computer keeps rebooting after i installed the audio drivers

It sounds like you may have installed the wrong drivers and what is actually happening is that you are getting an error message but the system is set to automatically restart.

I would recommend booting into safe mode and either uninstall or rolling back the sound driver. While in safe mode you will also want to disable automatic restart so you will see error messages when the system goes to reboot.

To do this right-click on My Computer and go to properties; click on the Advanced tab then choose the settings button under Startup and Recovery. Remove the check mark from the box next to Automatically restart.

You will then want to try installing this driver linked below if you are using Windows XP.

NV4 Display Driver has stopped working normally.

Create a folder on your desktop & name it NVIDIA driver. Click on the NVIDIA link provided below;
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Use Option 2 & download the latest driver software into the NVIDIA driver folder you created.
Do not install new graphics driver software over top of older graphics driver software!
Open control panel than open Add/Remove programs icon. Find the current NVIDIA graphics software & uninstall it. Restart your system if windows request it.
Download & run the free program named RegCure from the next link;
http://www.pctuneuptips.com/recommends/clean/?gclid=CL2RiIrTmpICFSFMGgodODIPzg
This will clean your system. Than install the NVIDIA software. Restart your system even if windows does not want you too.
Lastly, check windows for updates.

Cheers!
Mike
