Question about Samsung HCM422W 42" Rear Projection Television
Since you said that you are not a DIY person, I suggested to replace the entire assembly, but if you know how to de-solder and solder you can just replace the STK392-040 ICs and a few resistors to fix the convergence issue.
If you're planning to do it yourself, I would suggest to label every wire you disconnect from the TV; for example put # 1 on the wire and # 1 where you remove it from.
