Question about PC Desktops
If you want to restore the machine to factory state I would suggest using the restore disk that came with it originally.
You possibly will need to go into your particular bios and set the boot option to start with the cd and then save and restart with the first cd in the drive. From that point you will need to follow on screen prompts to start the restore.
