Change anode rod.
Typically, odors are caused by bacteria reacting with anode rod, and odor is eliminated by replacing anode rod.

GPS-75-200 anode replacement

The anode is located under the power vent.
Remove power vent to gain access.
Otherwise, remove Hot water nipple and install combo anode rod. If odor is the reason for replacement, then installing a combo without removing the old anode will not solve odor problem until old anode completely dissolves over time.
Copy following link for specific information and illustrations, including odor elimination using hydrogen peroxide.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Replace-anode-rod.html

For easy access next time, you can remove old anode and plug hole, and then install combo rod.
If longevity of tank is reason you are accessing the anode, you can add a second combo anode in addition to the original anode and give longer protection

Water has a sulfa oder, when not in use. what is the solution?

Generally tank odors are bacteria reacting with anode rod.
Make sure odor is isolated to water heater, and on hot water line only so you know water heater is best suspect.
Change anode rod.

Your plumber will know all about anode rods and will have tools or impact wrench for removing old anode rod.

Hot water has strong organic odor noticeable at all outlets but mostly, of course, at shower head.

It sounds like you need to replace the anode rod on your water heater. They come from the factory with a magnezium rod to slow down electrolytic deteiroation. With the odor you are getting you probably have a high sulphur content,,I think the proper terminology is suspended sulfides,I guess it doesn't matter what you call it it stinks. You can replace the magneziun anode rod with one made out of aluminum to help with this problem. Hope this helps you. Thanks. P.S. anode rod is screwed into the top of the water heater and has a hex head so you can use a box end wrench or socket to remove and reinstall. You can also use hack saw to cut rod to lenght needed to fit. Thank you.
