Question about Pioneer DEH-P5900IB CD Player
How do you change time and date with the 4900IB...I've tried to do everything from using the function button to even pressing the small clock button to adjust the clock and date..Can anyone help?
When the radio is off hold the on the left bottom side for about 3 or 4 seconds and a menu should come on....keep hitting that button till the time comes on. use the up down left right to change it and once ur done just turn on the radio...good lucj

I was having trouble like you but I think I figured it out. First be on tuner with it on. Next push in the volume knob. Hold for 3-4 seconds, you will see pioneer flash on screen. Next hold function button, lower left. The time and date will pop up. Use left and right arrow to go to desired change then up and down to actually change. Some might be unneeded but if you follow those exact steps it should work for you as well. I know how annoying this probably was for you.
