you can go to your messages, select settings, select mms and configure your mobile phones multimedia profiles. once configure, try sending a photo on your own mobile number (creating an mms and sending it your own phone) once you received the mms, your phone is ready to send and received. you may want to configure the rest of the settings for mms for your own liking.
everytime i try to send a picture to anybody it says ave no mms settings and then i searched online it told me how to fix it and i did but its still not sending it says sending an it never does send or i recive a pic or a ringtone it doesnt load i need help please
You need to call your service provider and ask them to send you the MMS settings. Or get them online. They will give you a PIN number and send the settings via a txt msg. When you receive the txt. select SAVE or INSTALL. Input the PIN when prompted. MMS does not always work between networks.
ATT should have looked to see if the internet service is turned off for that particular phone. If thats the case, you shall not send receive pictures. Thats the only the reason you should not be able to send receive pictures.
Call ATT again and ask them that. Sorry to say you might have got the high school dropout rehab person that day.
