are working on newer map updates with Mio More Express software for
C-series devices: C220/S, C320, C520, C720t. The products are in DVD
media because the big size is not practical for download. Pleasse check
back with Mio support later while slight USB driver issue is under

I had that error and when I did a restart (hold in the power button for 10-15 seconds to turn off then again for 10-15 seconds to turn on) the unit restarted fine. Try that.
I just hold the power button down until it powers all the way off ( around 5 seconds or more), then power it up again (you'll have to hold the power button for a while), then reset the clock and go on
