Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Cursor jumps whilst typing

Hello, If your cursor jumps while typing, i would want to know if this has been happening before if not then it means that your laptop has been infected with virus or malicious programs, i suggest you get a good anti-virus and scan your laptop thoroughly to remove the virus.. You can also try using an external mouse and see if the cursor jumps while typing. If none of this works try backing up all your documents to an external hard drive and format your hard drive or re-install your operating system. Regards

Cursor in laptop freezed

there are a few different ways that the touchpad can be deactivated especially if your notebook was pre-loaded with bulky management software.
First of all, most notebooks have a function shortcut for this. On mine it is function + F9. You should be able to see a picture on the keys that will describe this.

Secondly, as you did not specify which operating system you are using (or you did but it is in the hidden at the end of the details!), I will try and give a generic response:

- open control panel
- navigate to "mouse"
- open the "device settings" tab or similar

does this display anything about being deactivated? If it does, just activate it!
