I am troubleshooting the same problem you have. Just wondering did you try changing the 1000uf caps and did that fix the problem?

No Power to LCD Tv

Even if caps do not look blow, they still can be. Check diodes and resistors on power board. Easy fix if you have patience and time. make sure you replace with a higher voltage, but same cap, resistance values.

Check and replace ALL high value electrolytic capacitors on the power supply board. The Polaroids have known issues with leaky caps in the power supply. It's best to just change them all to prevent future failures.
